Binnen team MCZ (Meervoudige Complexe Zorg) in Roermond hebben wij ruimte voor versterking van een ervaren psycholoog B die in het bezit is van een afgeronde EDMR en CGT diplomering

Met je collega’s van het MCZ team zet jij je in voor een optimale cliëntenzorg. Je motiveert en activeert de zelfredzaamheid van de cliënt zodat deze weer actief kan deelnemen in de maatschappij. Je maakt onderdeel uit van het multidisciplinaire behandelteam, dat bestaat uit psychiaters, een klinisch psycholoog, GZ-psychologen, een verpleegkundig specialist, SPV'ers, verpleegkundigen, rehabilitatiewerkers en ervaringsdeskundigen. Tevens zijn er altijd verschillende opleidelingen aan ons team verbonden.

We zijn een gedreven, toegankelijk, hecht team met korte lijnen waarbij de samenwerking voorop staat en goede zorg wordt geleverd voor een complexe doelgroep. Er staat altijd ergens een deur voor je open en met geluk vind je daar (naast een luisterend oor) ook chocola! Daarnaast is een goede dosis humor zeker aanwezig. Er heerst een echte team mentaliteit: we zorgen goed voor onze cliënten, maar we zorgen ook goed voor elkaar. We werken met een shared caseload, wat betekent dat we elkaars cliënten kennen en je doorgaans met meerdere collega’s bij een behandeltraject betrokken bent. Wij dragen samen de verantwoordelijkheid voor onze cliënten en collega’s en dat houdt ook een zekere flexibiliteit in ten aanzien van werkdagen en verlof. Bij voorkeur werk je op woensdag en/of vrijdag.

Onze doelgroep bestaat in de regel uit cliënten met een langere behandelvoorgeschiedenis, complexe (persoonlijkheids)problematiek, complex trauma en bijkomende psychosociale problemen. In ons team zitten geen cliënten met primaire psychotische, verslavings- en/of bipolaire problematiek. Wij bieden een veelheid aan behandelinterventies, denk hierbij aan schematherapie, MBT, EMDR, IE, vroeger en verder, VERS, BEPP, CGT/CGW en daarnaast wordt er rehabilitatie en ervaringsdeskundigheid ingezet. Wij kunnen zo niet alleen onze cliënten veel bieden, maar ook voor jou als professional is er veel ruimte om je te ontwikkelen.

Eigenlijk is de dynamiek van ons unieke team in de regio niet goed op papier te omschrijven, maar iets dat je gewoon eens moet komen ervaren. Bij interesse nodigen we je vooral uit om een keertje mee te lopen, om zelf de sfeer te proeven.

Als psycholoog B
Als psycholoog B is het jouw missie om cliënten te helpen bij het herstellen van- of leefbaarder maken van hun psychische klachten. Je bent betrokken bij de intake, diagnostiek en het opstellen en uitvoeren van behandelplannen, om zo de kortste weg naar herstel mogelijk te maken.

• Je houdt intakegesprekken onder verantwoordelijkheid van een regiebehandelaar en stelt in overleg met de regiebehandelaar zo nodig een indicatie voor psychodiagnostisch onderzoek;
• Je stelt samen met de cliënt een behandelplan op en onder regie van de regiebehandelaar;
• Je betrekt naasten en overlegt waar nodig met verwijzers of betrokken hulpverleners;
• Je werkt met (technieken uit) protocollaire behandelingen;
• Je heb regelmatig overleg met de regiebehandelaar;
• Je ontvangt eens per 2 weken werkbegeleiding;
• Je neemt deel aan het multidisciplinaire overleg.

 

Jij bent een absolute spilfunctie en levert met jouw systemische kennis een bijdrage aan het begrijpen, ondersteunen en beïnvloeden van gezinsprocessen.
Onze regio teams zijn ervaren deskundigen met oog voor elkaar. Het zorgcluster Kind & Jeugd bestaat uit de teams in Weert en Roermond / Echt. Het samendraaien van de zorg staat bij ons hoog in het vaandel. Je komt dus terecht in een hechte, warme club mensen met een hoge mate van professionaliteit.

MET elkaar
Zorgcluster kind & jeugd is een hecht collegiaal en professioneel multidisciplinair behandelteam. Wij bieden met name specialistische GGZ-behandeling voor kinderen, jongeren tot 23 jaar. Als team zoeken we de verbinding met elkaar, delen we expertise en staan we open voor elkaars visies. We hebben veel kennis en kunde binnen het team die we graag aanvullen en delen. We verwelkomen van harte een gedreven, integere en verantwoordelijke collega. Samenwerking en kennisdeling staat bij ons hoog in het vaandel, waarbij we niet terugdeinsen voor een stevige discussie. We omschrijven onszelf als bevlogen, enthousiast, leergierig, gemotiveerd en betrokken en zoeken een collega die zichzelf herkent in deze kenmerken.

Binnen kind en jeugd zijn er gz psychologen, orthopedagogen, vaktherapeuten, kinderartsen, psychotherapeuten, systeemtherapeuten, SPV-ers, opleidedelingen en stagiairs werkzaam.

MET vakmanschap
Binnen het zorgcluster kind & jeugd verricht je als systeemtherapeut complexe zorg aan kinderen, jeugdigen en hun gezinnen in een specialistisch en multidisciplinair samengesteld team, waarbij zowel diagnostiek, individuele benadering, outreachende opvoedkundige ondersteuning, diagnose en ondersteuning van ouders wordt geboden.

Als systeem therapeut behandel en begeleid je cliënten met (ernstige) psychologische/psychiatrische problematiek en voert systeemdiagnostiek en systeembehandelingen uit als onderdeel van de bredere behandeling. In het in het ambulante werkveld ga je flexibel en volhardend te werk. Je focust op de manier waarop mensen met elkaar omgaan, communiceren en vanuit hun relationele context betekenis geven aan klachten. Er is veel aandacht voor de onderlinge interactiepatronen en het verbeteren hiervan, om verandering tot stand te laten komen.

Je werkt zowel protecollair als individueel, waarbij soms ook samenwerking met scholen wordt opgezocht voor verder onderzoek.

• Je doet gezinsdiagnostiek (als onderdeel van psychodiagnostisch onderzoek);
• Het verrichten van individuele- als groepsbehandeling en consultatie bij complexe problematiek;
• Je bespreekt met het cliëntsysteem wat de krachten, veranderwensen en bespreekt mogelijkheden hoe deze te realiseren;
• Je voert indien nodig crisisinterventies uit;
• Je levert een actieve bijdrage aan multidisciplinaire overleggen en denkt mee over systeeminterventies;
• Ook lever je een bijdrage aan de verdere ontwikkeling van het team, waarbij je nauw samenwerkt met andere disciplines van de organisatie;

We werken zowel met spelkamers op onze behandel locaties als ambulant.

MET focus

Het zorgcluster MET focus bestaat uit twee monodisciplinaire en dynamische teams (in Midden- en Zuid-Limburg) die hulp bieden aan volwassenen met uiteenlopende veelal voorkomende psychische problemen zoals depressie, angsten, trauma’s, identiteitsstoornis, psychosomatische stoornis en burn-out. We werken vanuit meerdere locaties samen en zoeken de verbinding graag met elkaar op. We bieden individuele- en groepsbehandelingen en stemmen ons behandelaanbod af op onze cliënt, waarin we de keuze hebben voor bijvoorbeeld; face to face contacten, online of beiden (blended behandeling).

MET focus werkt volgens het principe ‘positieve gezondheid’, waarbij de regie bij de cliënt ligt en we uitgaan van zijn krachten en mogelijkheden. Binnen MET focus werken we vaak met kortdurende trajecten. De teams kennen veel diversiteit en hebben een groot gevoel van binding tussen de collega’s. Je werkt vrij zelfstandig, daarnaast staat er altijd een team voor je klaar. Wij zorgen goed voor onze cliënten, maar we zorgen ook goed voor elkaar!

The Department of Data Analytics and Digitalisation is looking for an assistant/associate professor with a strong academic track record in theoretical and applied work in statistical learning or related areas, preferably with affinity with applications in business, economics and/or finance.

 

Job Description
The Assistant or Associate Professor contributes high quality research and education to the department and is committed to collaborate with other researchers within SBE as well as beyond. 

 

Responsibilities:

• Teaching: The candidate is expected to deliver high-quality and engaging lectures, tutorials, and workshops and coordinating courses in the areas of data analytics  and digitalisation to undergraduate, graduate, and postgraduate students.
• Research: Conducting innovative and impactful research in the field of statistical learning or related areas. The candidate is expected to contribute to funding acquisition and write grant proposals. 
• Curriculum Development: Collaborating with the faculty to develop and update course materials, ensuring they align with the latest advancements in the field.
• Student Supervision: Providing guidance and mentorship to undergraduate and postgraduate students on research projects, theses, and dissertations.

Requirements

• Educational Background: A PhD degree in econometrics, statistics, data science, computer science, operations research, mathematics, artificial intelligence or closely related fields.
• Teaching Experience: Prior experience in teaching data analytics and digitalisation courses at the university level is preferred.
• Research Track Record: The ideal candidate should have commitment to excellence in research, with a strong affinity for applied research and industrial projects. They should have proven expertise in data analytics and digitalization, demonstrated through publications, conference proceedings, and ongoing projects.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages and a sound understanding of data analytics tools and technologies are desired.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required. The department appreciates an open mind to multidisciplinary research and the ambition to combine rigor with relevance.

As Assistant/Associate Professor in Statistical Learning at School of Business and Economics, you will be employed by the most international university in the Netherlands, located in the beautiful city of Maastricht. In addition, we offer you:

The position is graded in scale 11 according to UFO profile Lecturer 2, with corresponding salary based on experience ranging from € 4.537 and € 6.209 gross per month (based on a full-time employment of 38 hours per week). • An employment contract for a period of 18 months with a scope of 1,0 FTE.

Are you thrilled by the possibility of applying brain-inspired computing paradigms to drastically reduce the computational cost of deep neural network inference and learning on resource-constrained edge computing systems? Then apply for this position as a post-doc researcher in Neuromorphic Edge AI at the Department of Advanced Computing Sciences (DACS), part of the Faculty of Science and Engineering at Maastricht University. 

 

The successful candidate will design new hardware-aware neuromorphic algorithms to optimize deep neural network inference and online adaptation on neuromorphic hardware. The candidate will co-design and demonstrate the algorithms on edge AI applications with different modalities, including but not limited to event-based vision, biomedical signals, and language processing.

 

Job Description
You will conduct research on neuromorphic computing for energy-efficient edge AI. More specifically, you will work on advancing the efficiency of neuromorphic networks by applying brain-inspired computing paradigms including dynamic activation sparsity, low-precision arithmetic, and asynchronous processing. You will start by working on developing sparse neuromorphic neural network algorithms for efficient inference of vision and language models, followed by extending your findings to new on-device learning methods for efficient continual learning on the edge. You will work closely with neuromorphic hardware, including Intel Loihi2, SpiNNaker2, Innatera T1, imec SENECA, and event-based cameras.

 

Your tasks will include:

1. Perform scientific research in neuromorphic computing for edge AI.
2. Participate in joint collaborative projects with universities and companies.
3. Participate in grant acquisition for European and Dutch research fundings.
4. Publish results at top-tier (international) conferences and in international journals.
5. Present the results in internal research group meetings as well as national and international scientific conferences.
6. Assist with educational tasks (e.g., supervise bachelor and master students, and research assistants).

Requirements

• PhD (completed, or to be completed shortly) in Neuromorphic Computing, Deep Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Embedded Systems, or a related field.
• Demonstrated (e.g., through publications, code, projects, etc.) interest and experience with the field of neuromorphic computing, and at least one of the following fields: efficient deep learning, computer vision, LLM, edge computing.
• Knowledge of at least one of the following techniques and interest in developing skills in the other two:
  1. Neuromorphic spiking or event-based neural network algorithm design for computer vision, signal processing, and language processing.
  2. Efficient deep learning algorithm design for edge or embedded computing devices (e.g., quantization, pruning, knowledge distillation, network architecture search, etc.).
  3. On-device learning of neural networks on resource-constrained edge devices (e.g., gradient-free learning, real-time recurrent learning, local learning, etc.).
• Experience in programming (preferably in Python and C).
• Experience in using neuromorphic hardware and edge devices.
• Proficiency in English (oral and written).
• Excellent communication skills, and ability to collaborate in a multi-disciplinary and team-oriented research environment.
